Glad to have been able to do our bit to make the Xatonada Popular del Vendrell 2017, #xatonadaelvendrell2017, come out great. The small vintage style kitchen was very suitable for the showcooking by “Terra i Taula” with the participation of chefs Jordi Guillem from Lo Mam restaurant, Josep Pascual from Ull de LLebre restaurant, David Vernet from Vell Papiol restaurant and Oriol Rosell from Ca l’Altet pastry shop. The tasting menu included Makis de Xató, Mil hojas de Xató, Xató hot dog, Orelleta de nata y naranja, delicious and original recipes with local products.
