La pasta con anchoas. Normalmente uso espaguetis pero pod\u00e9is usar la pasta que quer\u00e1is. Es una receta con un sabor intenso y muy marinero. Aunque no os guste mucho las anchoas seguro que esta receta os va a encantar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes 4 pax:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Espaguetis (500gr) u otra pasta que teng\u00e1is en casa<\/p>\n<p>-1 lata de anchoas<\/p>\n<p>-2 ajos<\/p>\n<p>-perejil picado<\/p>\n<p>-2 nueces de mantequilla<\/p>\n<p>-medio vaso de vino blanco<\/p>\n<p>-queso parmesano (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Receta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En una sarten echar un chorrito de buen aceite de oliva&nbsp;con los 2 dientes de ajo cortado en finas l\u00e1minas para que el aceite coja sabor. Muy importante no debe dorarse. Solo dar algo de sabor. Enseguida echar las anchoas y dejar que se vayan disolviendo poco a poco. A\u00f1adir el perejil picado y unos segundos despu\u00e9s el medio vaso de vino blanco. Dejar evaporar unos minutos. Una vez ha reducido casi la totalidad del vino blanco a\u00f1adir la mantequilla y ligarlo todo. Quedar\u00e1 un fondo de salsa muy sabrosa. No recomiendo a\u00f1adir sal porque las anchoas ya aportan bastante. Si os gusta pueden a\u00f1adir pimienta o mejor todav\u00eda una puntita de guindilla roja fresca ( junto con el ajo) que le de este punto picante.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se hace la salsa poner una gran cazuela con agua a hervir. Una vez el agua hierva echar la pasta. Cuando est\u00e9 cocida y escurrida la pod\u00e9is verter en la sart\u00e9n y mezclar con la salsa de anchoas.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de servir espolvorear perejil picado fresco.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque para&nbsp;muchos italianos es un sacrilegio echarle queso parmesano rallado cuando se come pasta con pescado, en este caso yo creo que le queda perfecto ! As\u00ed que no se corten y disfruten de un buen queso parmesano tambi\u00e9n!!!<\/p>\n<p>A mi nieto le encanta esta receta.
