Today we present a classic recipe for this season: pumpkin cream. <\/p>\n<p> It is deliciously soft and its color fills us with energy! Saut\u00e9 them in a pot with a bottom of olive oil. When it is well saut\u00e9ed, add the broth. If you do not have natural broth made previously, it does not matter, you can use supermarket ones that are as natural as possible. Otherwise nothing happens if you pour water on it since the pumpkin and the leek themselves will already give their taste of vegetable broth. <\/p>\n<p> We let it all boil for about 20 minutes. Until the vegetables are soft. When everything is at its point we pass it through the mixer to crush everything until it takes the consistency of a smooth cream. Do not forget to add salt. I love putting pepper in it, which contrasts with the sweet flavor of the pumpkin and I particularly love adding curry to it. It gives it a delicious flavor and aroma. <\/p>\n<p> Options: <\/p>\n<p> Whoever wants to can add cream to the cream once it is made. I particularly like it better without cream. With a good chicken or vegetable broth it is more than enough to add flavor to the pumpkin. But if we want to soften its flavor, the touch of cream can be a good trick. The trick of adding a potato can also be useful if we like thicker cream. <\/p>\n<p> Also when serving it you can sprinkle a pumpkin seeds and a touch of curry. It looks great! Hoy presentamos una receta cl\u00e1sica de esta estaci\u00f3n: la crema de calabaza.\r\n\r\nEst\u00e1 deliciosamente suave y su color nos llena de energ\u00eda! Rehogarlas en una olla con un fondo de aceite de oliva. Cuando est\u00e1 bien rehogado a\u00f1adirle el caldo. Si no tiene caldo natural hecho previamente , no importa, puede usar unos de supermercado que sea lo m\u00e1s natural posible. De lo contrario no pasa nada si uno le echa agua ya que la calabaza y el puerro en s\u00ed ya dar\u00e1n su gusto de caldito de verduras.\r\n\r\nLo dejamos hervir todo unos 20 minutos aprox. Hasta que la verdura est\u00e9 blandita. Cuando est\u00e1 todo en su punto lo pasamos por el mixer para triturarlo todo hasta que tome la consistencia de una crema suave. No olvides echar sal. A m\u00ed me encanta ponerle pimienta que contrasta con el sabor dulce de la calabaza y particularmente me encanta echarle curry. Le da un sabor y aroma delicioso.\r\n\r\nOpciones:\r\n\r\nQui\u00e9n quiera puede a\u00f1adirle nata a la crema una vez hecha. A mi particularmente me gusta m\u00e1s sin nata. Con un buen caldo de pollo o vegetal es m\u00e1s que suficiente para a\u00f1adirle sabor a la calabaza. Pero si lo que queremos es queremos suavizar su sabor el toque de nata puede ser un buen truco. El truco de a\u00f1adirle una patata tambi\u00e9n puede ser \u00fatil si nos gusta la crema m\u00e1s espesa.\r\n\r\nAsimismo a la hora de servirla puedes espolvorearle una pipas de calabaza y un toque de curry. Le queda de maravilla!
