Un antipasti molt apreciat a casa nostra. Combina tot el sabor del mediterrani i es pot servir com a antipasti, o com a acompanyament d&#8217;un plat de carn, taula d&#8217;embotits o pasta. Nom\u00e9s cal bons ingredients i molt d&#8217;amor. Ecco la ricetta!    <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients (Per a 4 persones):<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Alberg\u00ednia gran<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 branques d&#8217;api fresc<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>Pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li>Pebrot groc<\/li>\n<li>Pebrot verd itali\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>400 gr de tom\u00e0quet (3 o 4 tom\u00e0quets mitjans)<\/li>\n<li>Olives (verds i estades)<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e0peres (3 cullerades)<\/li>\n<li>Anxoves en llauna (opcional, encara que si us agraden li donen un toc delici\u00f3s)<\/li>\n<li>30ml de Vinagre<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra si pot ser<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pa (al gust per fer llesques)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Rentem b\u00e9 totes les verdures. Tallem a daus l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia i la posem amb una cullerada de sal a drenar una hora sobre un paper absorbent o en un colador. Assequem amb m\u00e9s paper i reservem. Piquem a trossos iguals la resta d&#8217;hortalisses.   <\/p>\n<p>En una cassola o una paella ona i ampla, escalfem 2 o 3 llaminadures d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i saltem l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia uns 6-7 minuts, la retirem i deixem a part en un recipient o font gran.<\/p>\n<p>Hi afegim una mica m\u00e9s d&#8217;oli (l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia absorbeix for\u00e7a oli) i saltem l&#8217;api, retirem i posem on les alberg\u00ednies.<\/p>\n<p>Ara toca el torn als pebrots, si cal m\u00e9s oli es torna a afegir una cullerada, els salem i saltem tamb\u00e9 uns 6-7 minuts i passem amb la resta d&#8217;hortalisses. Despr\u00e9s fem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb la ceba picada uns 5 minuts perqu\u00e8 no es cremi. <\/p>\n<p>Finalment saltegem els tom\u00e0quets a daus, cuines uns 5 minuts a foc fort i afegim el vinagre; aqu\u00ed es pot afegir al gust una mica de sucre per treure una mica dacidesa.<\/p>\n<p>Reincorporem tots els ingredients apartats a la nostra font i cuinem uns 8 minuts m\u00e9s. Aqu\u00ed afegim tamb\u00e9 les olives a trossos (li traiem l&#8217;os) i les t\u00e0peres senceres. <\/p>\n<p>Posem les anxoves picades, deixem cinc minuts i retirem del foc perqu\u00e8 es refredi.<\/p>\n<p>Es pot refrigerar o b\u00e9 consumir a temperatura ambient quan ja estigui ben refredat. I fatto! Buon appetito!  <\/p>\n<p>Normalment es posa en unes llesques de pa, aqu\u00ed cadasc\u00fa pot escollir el pa favorit.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row
