La d&#8217;avui \u00e9s una recta molt vers\u00e0til ia m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s per a l&#8217;estiu \u00e9s perfecta perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de fer i sempre queda b\u00e9, vagis on vagis. Es pot menjar calent, t\u00e8bia i freda. L&#8217;endem\u00e0 per dinar \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 sempre benvinguda. A casa la fem molt amb bac\u00f3 per\u00f2 aquesta em sembla m\u00e9s lleugera i apta tamb\u00e9 per a vegetarians aix\u00ed que \u00e9s la de carbass\u00f3 amb formatge feta. Queda riqu\u00edssima i molt gustosa.       <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ous<\/li>\n<li>250gr de nata espessa<\/li>\n<li>Sal i pebre<\/li>\n<li>Nou moscada<\/li>\n<li>2 carbassons  <\/li>\n<li>Formatge feta<\/li>\n<li>Massa fallta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>  El primer que farem ser\u00e0 tallar els carbassons sense pelar-los i ofegar-los en una paella amb oli, sal i pebre i esp\u00e8cies al gust. Un cop fetes, ho deixem reposar i mentre en un bol poseu els 4 ous sencers, afegiu-hi el pot de nata fresca espessa, poseu-hi sal i pebre i barregeu-ho b\u00e9 tot perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;integrin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients. En un motlle per quiche, col\u00b7locar la massa fallta i punxar-la amb la forquilla, al fons posar els carbassons i el formatge feta deixalla a trossets, afegir la barreja que hi ha al bol i per acabar i donar-li un toc m\u00e9s es pot afegir formatge emmental o gruyere ratllat. Ficar al forn per baix a 180 graus durant 20-25 minuts.    Et voil\u00e0! C&#8217;est fait!
