Necessitarem tamb\u00e9 brou de pollastre, millor \u201cfatto in casa\u201d per\u00f2 si no tenim o no podem fer-ho utilitzarem un de comprat.<\/p>\n<p>Comen\u00e7arem la preparaci\u00f3 pelant i picant la ceba ben finita (tamb\u00e9 podem fer servir porro tallat finit).<br \/>Un cop ho h\u00e0gim fet posem en una cassola l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i la meitat de la mantega, i posarem a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que es fongui la mateixa. Un cop ho h\u00e0gim aconseguit, tirem la ceba picada i una mica de sal per sobre i mantenim a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que la ceba comenci a canviar de color.<\/p>\n<p>Per altra banda posem el brou de pollastre en un altre cacito i posem a escalfar a foc mig-suau, ja que necessitarem que estigui calent quan ens faci falta, aix\u00ed que no necessitem fer-ho a m\u00e9s pot\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Quan la ceba s&#8217;hagi posat gaireb\u00e9 transparent, afegim l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, ho remenem i cuinem un parell de minuts fins que estigui dauradet per\u00f2 no cremat (cal moure sense parar). Aleshores afegim el vi i cuinem a foc m\u00e9s intens dos o tres minuts perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;evapori l&#8217;alcohol. En aquest moment hi afegim una cullerada del brou de pollastre calent, per\u00f2 de mica en mica, mai de cop.<\/p>\n<p>Hem d&#8217;anar esperant que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s vagi absorbint el brou abans d&#8217;afegir-ne una mica m\u00e9s, aix\u00ed ens quedar\u00e0 ben fet i tendre. Remenem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s cada cop que afegim brou a la cassola. Mentrestant ratllarem la pell de les llimones i despr\u00e9s espremem la llimona i colem el suc.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;arr\u00f2s ja ben tendre, apartem la cassola del foc, afegim la resta de mantega, el formatge parmes\u00e0 i remenem b\u00e9. Despr\u00e9s tirem la ratlladura de llimona i el suc del mateix a poc a poc, remenem i anem provant fins que ens quedi al gust. Aleshores deixem reposar un parell de minuts i ja podem servir aquest delici\u00f3s risotto a la limone amb una mica de julivert fresc picat per
