Posar-les a la safata del forn oa la reixeta amb paper vegetal, salpebrar, posar oli i enfornar fins que estiguin toves.<\/p>\n<p>Habitualment, a casa i la nostra fam\u00edlia, sempre hem fet les alberg\u00ednies fregides en oli per preparar aquest plat, aix\u00ed que \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 per\u00f2 hem volgut oferir una opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s sana i que embruta menys.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, rentar i ratllar els tom\u00e0quets per obtenir un suc. En una paella, poseu oli d&#8217;oliva i sofregiu els alls amb cura que no es cremin i afegiu-hi el suc de tom\u00e0quet. Salpebrar i afegir esp\u00e8cies (orenga, herbes proven\u00e7als o barreges \u201calla italiana\u2026\u201d per aconseguir una salsa \u201cpiu\u201d saborosa a l&#8217;estil itali\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Quan la salsa estigui llesta, en una safata per a forn, col\u00b7locar una capa de \u201cmelanzane\u201d, una altra de tom\u00e0quet, escampar-hi formatge parmes\u00e0 i posar unes fulles d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega, aix\u00ed fins que s&#8217;acabin els ingredients\u2026com una lasanya. Opcionalment, entre mitges de cada capa es pot posar una mica de mozzarella o si no en teniu, un formatge de fondre, per donar-li una mica m\u00e9s de sucositat. La darrera capa ha de ser d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia i tom\u00e0quet i recobrir-la de parmes\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop muntada la safata, amb \u201cil forno\u201d preescalfat a 180\u00b0, coure durant 15-20 minuts perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;integrin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients i perqu\u00e8 es gratini el parmes\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>I fet: la nostra riceta della parmigiana di melanzane \u00e8 pronta!!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una recepta molt de la nostra fam\u00edlia, la fem sovint, \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de preparar, un plat \u00fanic i vegetari\u00e0, ideal per a l&#8217;hivern.
