Antigament es co\u00efa a foc lent en una gran cassola amb abundant aigua bullint, sal i oli d&#8217;oliva durant uns 50 minuts. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/polenta-5723931_1280-1-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15594\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/polenta-5723931_1280-1-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/polenta-5723931_1280-1-980x651.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/polenta-5723931_1280-1-480x319.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Actualment us proposo fer servir una polenta instant\u00e0nia. Venen paquets de 500grams a qualsevol supermercat. Cal bullir aigua amb sal (veure instruccions de quantitats) al paquet i abocar el paquet de polenta sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no surtin grumolls. <strong>Jo li acostumo afegir mantega i el formatge parmes\u00e0 directament durant la cocci\u00f3<\/strong> ja que li donen cremositat i est\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s rica. La cocci\u00f3 en aquest cas \u00e9s molt r\u00e0pida aix\u00ed que atents.<\/p>\n\n<p>Es cou en uns minuts i \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil o si m\u00e9s no m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida. Aix\u00ed la podem utilitzar en lloc de la patata o la pasta si ens ve de gust una cosa contundent un dia de fred i una mica diferent del tradicional. <strong>Es pot menjar natural amb formatge parmes\u00e0 o servida amb salsa bolonyesa, salsa amb bolets. A casa hem fet aquesta recepta moltes vegades.
