les puntes i talla&#8217;ls en petites galledes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mentrestant, escalfa mig litre d&#8217;aigua de brou, recordant mantenir-ho a foc lent perqu\u00e8 ho necessitar\u00e0s durant tota la preparaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ara agafa una ceba, neteja-la i pica-la finament; despr\u00e9s fregeix-la en una paella juntament amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva extra verge. Afegeix el carabass\u00f3 juntament amb un cullerot de brou, regira i cuina durant uns 5 minuts a foc mitj\u00e0, permetent que el brou es redueixi. Salpebri al gust.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ara servei els carabassons de la paella, posi un chorrito d&#8217;oli i aboqui l&#8217;arr\u00f2s que torrar\u00e0 a foc fort durant un parell de minuts; despr\u00e9s humitegi&#8217;l amb vi i, quan l&#8217;alcohol s&#8217;hagi evaporat, afegeixi de nou els carabassons i un altre cullerot de brou.<\/p>\n\n<p>Regiri b\u00e9 i continu\u00ef cuinant a foc lent durant 12-13 minuts. A cada vegada que s&#8217;evapora el brou cal afegir cullerots de m\u00e9s brou. Aix\u00ed l&#8217;arr\u00f2s es va cuinant a poc a poc i l&#8217;anem humitejant. \u00c9s el truc del risotto. Quan el risotto estigui llest, retiri&#8217;l del foc i afegeixi la mantega i formatge parmes\u00e0 rallado. Aquest pas final \u00e9s el que li d\u00f3na tota la cremosidad al risotto. Tamb\u00e9 pots empolvorar-ho amb un grapat de pebre i julivert.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aquest plat est\u00e0 delici\u00f3s i \u00e9s bastant f\u00e0cil de fer.
