No sabia per qual decantar-me perqu\u00e8 tot el que cuina est\u00e0 delici\u00f3s per\u00f2 havia de triar una i a la fi us presento aquesta recepta de carxofes a la salsa d&#8217;ametlles de la &#8220;Mia Mama&#8221;, les m\u00e9s tendres de l&#8217;m\u00f3n com ella &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>-6 carxofes mitjanes (intentar que tinguin la mateixa mida)<\/p>\n<p>[Gallery columns = &#8220;2&#8221; size = &#8220;full&#8221; ids = &#8220;21759,21766&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>-2 llimones<\/p>\n<p>-100g d&#8217;ametlles (senceres o en pols) sense torrar<\/p>\n<p>-ramo de julivert<\/p>\n<p>-3 grans d&#8217;all<\/p>\n<p>-sal i pebre<\/p>\n<p>-oli d&#8217;oliva<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/5.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5568\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5568\" src=\"https:\/\/www.studiogatto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/5.jpg\" alt=\"receta alcachofa dia de la madre\" width=\"480\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot hem de pelar les carxofes traient les fulles m\u00e9s dures. No es tracta de pelar tota i deixar nom\u00e9s el cor podem aprofitar tamb\u00e9 les fulles m\u00e9s tendres. Un cop pelades les carxofes es tallen per la meitat i un truc fant\u00e0stic perqu\u00e8 no es posin negres \u00e9s fregar de seguida amb una llimona. D&#8217;aquesta manera conservaran el seu bonic color.<\/p>\n<p>Piquem unes dents d&#8217;all i julivert amb picadora o morter. Agafem les meitats de carxofes i les salpebrem i obrint una mica les seves fulles centrals posem l&#8217;all i el julivert picat per dins.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop fet aquest pas, agafem una cassola, introdu\u00efm les carxofes en un fons d&#8217;aigua freda fins cobrir-les una mica m\u00e9s de la meitat, afegim un bon raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i unes 2 o 3 rodanxes de llimona. No massa llimona perqu\u00e8 no amargui. Ho deixem coure tot a foc lent tapat perqu\u00e8 amb el mateix vapor les carxofes es vagin estovant i es quedin tiernecitas.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00faltim pas \u00e9s afegir les ametlles ben picades dilu\u00efdes amb una mica d&#8217;aigua a la cassola juntament amb les carxofes. Ho deixem reduir una mica m\u00e9s de temps perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;ametlla ajudi a espessir el caldet que queda.
