La pasta amb anxoves. Normalment \u00fas espaguetis per\u00f2 podeu fer servir la pasta que vulgueu. \u00c9s una recepta amb un gust intens i molt mariner. Encara que no us agradi molt les anxoves segur que aquesta recepta us encantar\u00e0!<\/p>\n<p><Strong> Ingredients 4 persones: <\/ strong><\/p>\n<p>-Espaguetis (500gr) o una altra pasta que tingueu a casa<\/p>\n<p>-1 llauna d&#8217;anxoves<\/p>\n<p>-2 alls<\/p>\n<p>-perejil picat<\/p>\n<p>-2 nous de mantega<\/p>\n<p>-mig got de vi blanc<\/p>\n<p>-formatge parmes\u00e0 (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><Strong> Recepta: <\/ strong><\/p>\n<p>En una paella fer un rajol\u00ed de bon oli d&#8217;oliva amb els 2 grans d&#8217;all tallat en fines l\u00e0mines perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;oli agafi gust. Molt important no ha de daurar-se. Nom\u00e9s donar una mica de gust. De seguida tirar les anxoves i deixar que es vagin dissolent a poc a poc. Afegiu-hi el julivert picat i uns segons despr\u00e9s el mig got de vi blanc. Deixar evaporar uns minuts. Un cop s&#8217;ha redu\u00eft gaireb\u00e9 la totalitat de el vi blanc afegir la mantega i lligar-ho tot. Quedar\u00e0 un fons de salsa molt saborosa. No recomano afegir sal perqu\u00e8 les anxoves ja aporten bastant. Si us agrada poden afegir pebre o millor encara una punteta de bitxo vermella fresca (juntament amb l&#8217;all) que li d&#8217;aquest punt picant.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre es fa la salsa posar una gran cassola amb aigua a bullir. Un cop l&#8217;aigua bulli tirar la pasta. Quan estigui cuita i escorreguda la podeu abocar a la paella i barrejar amb la salsa d&#8217;anxoves.<\/p>\n<p>Abans de servir espolvorejar julivert picat fresc.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que per a molts italians \u00e9s un sacrilegi fer-li formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat quan es menja pasta amb peix, en aquest cas jo crec que li queda perfecte!
