Avui presentem una recepta cl\u00e0ssica d'aquesta estaci\u00f3: la crema de carbassa. <\/ P><br \/>\n<P> Est\u00e0 deliciosament suau i el seu color ens omple d'energia! Ofegar-les en una olla amb un fons d'oli d'oliva. Quan est\u00e0 ben ofegat afegir-li el brou. Si no t\u00e9 brou natural fet pr\u00e8viament, no importa, pot utilitzar uns de supermercat que sigui el m\u00e9s natural possible. En cas contrari no passa res si un li tira aigua ja que la carbassa i el porro en si ja donaran el seu gust de brou de verdures. <\/ P><br \/>\n<P> Ho deixem bullir tot uns 20 minuts aprox. Fins que la verdura estigui toveta. Quan est\u00e0 tot al seu punt ho vam passar pel mixer per triturar-ho tot fins que prengui la consist\u00e8ncia d'una crema suau. No oblidis tirar sal. A mi m'encanta posar-li pebre que contrasta amb el sabor dol\u00e7 de la carbassa i particularment m'encanta fer-lo fora curri. Li d\u00f3na un sabor i aroma delici\u00f3s. <\/ P><br \/>\n<P> Opcions: <\/ p><br \/>\n<P> Qui vulgui pot afegir-nata a la crema un cop feta. A mi particularment m'agrada m\u00e9s sense nata. Amb un bon brou de pollastre o vegetal \u00e9s m\u00e9s que suficient per afegir-gust de la carbassa. Per\u00f2 si el que volem \u00e9s volem suavitzar el seu sabor el toc de nata pot ser un bon truc. El truc de afegir-li una patata tamb\u00e9 pot ser \u00fatil si ens agrada la crema m\u00e9s espessa. <\/ P><br \/>\n<P> Aix\u00ed mateix a l'hora de servir-la pots empolvorar 1 pipes de carbassa i un toc de curri. Li queda de meravella!
